Policies
Refunds.
I do not offer refunds of any kind. This includes deposits.
Extension scheduling.
Extension appointments will only be scheduled after a deposit is paid and an in person consultation is completed. This applies to new extension guests and returning guests.
Color adjustments.
I strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact me within 3 days of your original appointment.
Credit card required on file.
To schedule an appointment, your credit card must be on file. Your card will not be charged before services are rendered, unless you cancel or make changes to your appointment outside of the cancellation policy, which is listed below.
I respectfully REQUIRE 72 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the scheduled services.
Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled services.
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text 72 hours before your appointment.
Lateness.
I do have a lateness policy of 15 minutes. If you are running late for your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible to let me know,Should you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you may be rescheduled.
Cancellations.
I do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully require 73 hours notice for cancellations or service changes to your appointment.
